Famed French oenologist Michel Rolland, through his consulting company ENOROLLAND, advises Corvus on winemaking and agricultural development and directs the Ala Negra project. Ala Negra wines are produced using cutting edge technology and tradition.

Blend of old malbec vines, all over 80 years old, from various zones in the Uco Valley. Aged 14 months in new French oak barrels. Notes of violets, characteristic of this variety; mature ( blackberries, figs) and dried (raisins) black fruit, notes of jam with a subtle hint of coffee and tobacco. Excellent concentration, tannins provide great structure as well as an amazing unctuosity. Elegant and intense wine. |
